  1. I like the perspective here and the awareness of the 2nd owner of “what could happen” if this continues. It’s a gut leadership feeling that many of us ignore. Having a leader who has consistent confidence in his teams efforts adn abilities is so important. But that does not just happen it takes effort and investment in leadership and team development.
